I will study the needs of the players and teams as well as their objectives, then develop integrated training programs that focus on physical, technical, and psychological aspects. I will also suggest ways to develop individual skills and team tactics in line with the preferred playing style
Analysis and Evaluation of the Athletic Performance.
As consultant i can conduct an in-depth analysis of the athletic performance of specific teams and players. I will study the quantitative statistics and data such as results, achievements, and technical statistics. I will also address qualitative aspects such as tactics, strategies, physical abilities, and psychological factors. Through this comprehensive analysis, I will provide an overall performance evaluation and identify strengths and weaknesses, which will help in developing plans to improve performance.

Grip MODIFICATIONS
Generally pistols purchased have anatomically designed grips that fit the contours of the hand. But minor alterations may need to be done so that each time the pistol is gripped and raise to the target, the sights are perfectly aligned. It is most important that the pistol sights are aligned when they are pointed to the target as altering the wrist to compensate this alignment will lead to bad shot placement, improper follow through and possibly a loss of confidence in the pistol.
